Since 1994, Leadership Ventura has provided hundreds of community members the unique opportunity to experience - first hand - the accomplishments and challenges facing our elected officials, business and cultural community. This two year leadership development program offers a first year learning opportunity and a second year leading opportunity.
Through the first year 10 month Leadership Ventura program, key community leaders share information about the latest plans, developments, and decision-making processes affection our community. Lectures, panel discussions and site visits provide Leadership participants with a forum for discussion and a greater understanding of local and state issues. Each day begins at approximately 7:30 AM and lasts until 4:30 PM. Continental breakfasts and lunches are provided. |
